Shipping Information
I currently ship to England, Scotland, Wales, the USA, and Canada only.
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes set by your country. These charges are beyond my control and are the responsibility of the buyer - DHL will contact you directly prior to the delivery of your bear.

Handmade Memory Keepsake Bear
Each Memory Bear is lovingly handmade using clothing from your loved ones, transforming precious garments into a timeless keepsake.
Whether you have:
outgrown baby clothes full of memories
a school uniform you can’t bear to part with
or clothing belonging to someone special you wish to keep close
My Memory Bears offer a beautiful way to preserve those moments forever.
Size
Bears measure approximately 34cm (15”), making them the perfect size to showcase your cherished clothing.
Clothing Requirements
The number of items needed depends on the size and type of clothing provided:
Baby clothes: approximately 9–12 items
(If using all premature clothing, please send a few extra.)Adult clothing: I can work with as little as one item if it’s large enough, though 2–5 items are recommended for best results.
Shipping Details
After placing your order, I will contact you with full details on where and how to send your clothing.
Please note: the cost of sending clothing to me is not included and must be arranged by the customer - if you have issues finding a suitable provider please let me know as I may be able to assist via DHL.
Once completed, your Memory Bear will be carefully wrapped and sent via DHL Express.
Birth Weight Option
If you would like your bear made to match your baby’s birth weight, this can be purchased as a separate listing.
Maximum weight: 9.5lbs

Important Information
All Memory Bears are handmade to order by me, with great care and attention to detail, ensuring a unique keepsake created especially for you.
Please note: these bears are intended as keepsakes, not toys, and cannot be safety tested.
Keepsake & Memorial Bears
Baby Bears - I will need 9-12 items of your little ones clothing to ensure I have enough to play with
Adult Bears - I can work with as little as one shirt (if its not too small), though if you want the bear to have different colous/patterns, 4-5 items is best
Please ensure all clothes are clean - I try my best to work around those stubborn baby stains so please dont worry :)
Due to the nature of my work bears are non refundable once made. You can cancel your order if needed as long as the bear is now been made - if you have already sent the clothes to me the cost of returning the clothes to you will be deducted from the refund.
