Minky or plush fabric (fleece or cotton works too)
Optional: iron-on interfacing to make working with plush/minky easier
Felt, fabric paint, vinyl, embroidery thread, or Kam snaps for eyes and cheeks
Elastic for the turtle shell
Air-soluble marking pen, tailor’s chalk, or pencil
Optional: stuffing tool
Stuffing
Scissors
Sewing needle or sewing machine
